The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued a General Circular No. 20/2020 on 05 May 2020 providing relaxations in the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 for conducting Annual General Meetings (“AGM”) for the calendar year 2020 on account of the threats posed by Covid-19.
